Senior Clinical Team Manager – Internal Medicine

About the role

PPD, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a Senior Clinical Team Manager (CTM) to lead internal‑medicine therapeutic projects across multiple disease areas. You will own start‑up and clinical deliverables, ensure quality, and drive projects to clean, evaluable data on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all start‑up and clinical activities for assigned studies, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and project‑specific requirements.
• Coordinate regional and country teams, acting as the primary clinical contact for sponsors.
• Partner with Project Managers to implement training, tracking, and quality systems.
• Interpret complex data, make business decisions, and maintain profitability by controlling scope, cost, and timelines.
• Provide leadership on moderate to high‑complexity projects, potentially serving as regional lead or Clinical Study Manager.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in clinical trial start‑up and management within internal‑medicine therapeutic areas.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards, especially ICH GCP.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with sponsors.
• Track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
