Senior Concept Artist – Vehicles/Props

About the role

We are launching a groundbreaking AAA title in the World of Tanks franchise and need a Senior Concept Artist specialized in vehicles and props. You will work in a collaborative studio that values creativity and offers direct impact on the game’s visual direction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality concept designs for vehicles, skins, environments, characters, UI elements and other assets that fit the game’s mechanics and player experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Producer and multidisciplinary teams such as engineering and animation to ensure visual alignment.
• Take full ownership of your concepts, iterating based on stakeholder feedback and refining aesthetics and functionality.
• Identify design challenges quickly and propose practical, creative solutions during reviews and pitches.
• Mentor junior concept artists, helping improve their skills and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept art across various styles and themes in the gaming industry.
• Proficiency with digital art tools (Photoshop, Procreate) and solid understanding of composition, color theory and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for video games and an understanding of how concept art drives player immersion.
• Intermediate level English or higher.
