Senior CRM Manager

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a group of social discovery companies that builds social entertainment platforms connecting people online across cultures and regions. It is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to run its CRM experiments and initiatives, working remotely full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Generate hypotheses from analytical data, customer journey maps, key business metrics and lifecycle and loyalty metrics.
• Create business specifications with measured potential business effects.
• Launch experiments via classic CRM channels (email, app/web push, SMS) and on-product channels (pop-ups, banners, chats).
• Analyse the results of the experiments.
• Take ownership of one of the company's most valuable CRM initiatives, such as increasing retention of high ARPPU clients or preventing churn.
• Work proactively with key stakeholders, product managers, UX teams, development teams and data analysts.
• Initiate process and product improvements, launch new channels and use creative mechanics to reach business goals.

Required profile

• Experience with CRM/CDP systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence and BI tools.
• Understanding of main CRM metrics (OR, CR, CTOR, retention rate, churn rate, unsub rate).
• Strong knowledge of business metrics such as revenue, ARPPU and LTV.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2+).
• SQL experience is a plus.
