Senior Data Analyst – Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join Tremend’s analytics team. You will work closely with business stakeholders across multiple industries, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive faster, better decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional teams to understand data needs and deliver analytics solutions.
• Design, develop and continuously improve reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Prepare and publish regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and ad‑hoc reports.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues through routine cleaning and testing.
• Analyse large data sets to uncover patterns, trends and performance benchmarks.
• Consult clients on measuring and evaluating business effectiveness.
• Coach key users on reporting tools and promote adoption.
• Work within agile frameworks using tools such as Jira.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with business partners to translate requirements into analytical deliverables.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑driven with great attention to detail and quality.

Required skills

• Power BI (or Tableau, Qlik)
• SQL, Power Query (M), DAX
• Experience with cloud data platforms – Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake, GCP or AWS
• Data‑warehouse concepts
• Agile tools such as Jira
• R and/or Python
• Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics
• A/B testing, Data Governance, Martech, Financial reporting
