Senior Front Office Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Front Office Supervisor leads the front desk team at a St. Regis hotel in Belgrade, ensuring smooth guest check‑ins, accurate billing, and high‑quality service. This position combines operational oversight with direct guest interaction to uphold the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Set up accurate guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates match market codes.
• Secure payment prior to key issuance, handle vouchers, paid‑outs, and charge processing.
• Compile and review daily reports, cashier and closing reports, and contingency lists.
• Provide guests with directions, property information and fulfill special requests by coordinating with other staff.
• Balance and drop receipts, count and secure the bank at shift start and end, and obtain manual authorizations.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling and coaching front‑desk employees.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related front‑office work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
