Senior Google Ads Manager (part-time)

About the role

TripleTen, an EdTech leader delivering tech career programs across the US and Latin America, is looking for a data‑driven Senior Google Ads Manager to own and scale high‑budget paid search campaigns. This part‑time, remote position reports to the Marketing Lead and focuses on driving enrollment for premium tech courses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑channel P&L for Google Ads Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Shopping formats.
• Design and execute value‑based bidding strategies (tROAS/tCPA), portfolio budgets, and account structures at scale.
• Implement advanced conversion tracking: offline imports, enhanced conversions, server‑side tagging, and CRM feedback loops.
• Lead geo‑expansion initiatives, including multilingual keyword research, localized landing pages, and market‑specific budget allocation.
• Conduct measurement and incrementality testing, including geo‑lift tests, holdouts, and MMM inputs.
• Oversee creative and landing‑page velocity, managing RSA assets and CRO testing roadmaps.
• Develop competitive strategies such as brand defense, conquesting, and auction insight responses.

Required profile

• 4+ years in paid search, with 2–3 years leading a channel independently.
• Proven global experience across multiple regions and languages with documented results.
• Managed budgets of $100K+ per month and understands scale dynamics.
• Strong analytical rigor, capable of designing statistically powered tests.
• Fluent English and comfortable working in a distributed team.
