Senior Growth Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to accelerate demand for DoiT’s Cloud Intelligence business units. The role will own and scale our paid digital acquisition engine, generating high‑quality leads and driving pipeline across global markets. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will work at the intersection of marketing, sales and product.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale paid digital acquisition strategy across channels such as LinkedIn, Reddit and Google.
• Manage campaign structure, targeting and performance to deliver qualified leads and pipeline.
• Oversee relationships with paid‑media agencies and freelance specialists, ensuring lead‑generation targets are met.
• Develop and execute Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
• Manage paid‑media budget in partnership with global marketing teams and cloud providers, optimizing Marketing Development Funds.
• Track, report and analyze paid‑ads and ABM performance, identifying optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in fast‑paced technology companies with a strong B2B digital marketing background.
• Proven track record managing marketing budgets exceeding $1 M and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Fluent in English with excellent analytical and communication skills.
