Senior Performance Marketing, Tracking & Analytics Lead

About the role

Non Stop Fitness is seeking a senior performance marketing professional to lead paid advertising, tracking, analytics and optimisation across multiple brands and locations. The role is hands‑on, requiring direct management of campaigns, data analysis and technical integration to link spend with business results.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns across brands, products, audiences and locations.
• Set up, audit and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
• Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, missing or duplicated events and data‑quality issues.
• Connect campaign data with CRM, sales and revenue systems where possible.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversions and revenue.
• Plan, execute and evaluate tests, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, marketing teams and external partners on integrations and improvements.
• Leverage automation, reporting and AI tools to increase efficiency and explore further AI integration.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
• Proven ability to manage large Google and Meta budgets independently.
• Strong commercial thinking and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in Serbian and English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of results.
