Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead daily product quality management on our manufacturing line. You will implement quality systems, respond promptly to production issues, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day product quality on the production line and apply quality system procedures.
• Participate in advanced quality planning for new projects, including pilot runs, product measurement, and process monitoring.
• Resolve on‑site quality problems and customer‑side issues, lead 8D problem‑solving meetings, and close 8D reports.
• Collect, summarize, and report quality data, and develop continuous‑improvement plans.
• Conduct layered audits, implement “Red Rabbit” reviews, and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor and implement process and engineering changes.
• Support RPN reduction activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train operators and auditors on‑site and raise quality awareness among staff.
• Prepare for and respond to internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with TS16949, OHSAS18000, ISO14000 standards.
• Manage, maintain, and calibrate measurement equipment and gauges.

Required profile

• VI or VII level technical or mechanical education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• At least 3 years in quality control.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, DOE, Control Plan, Continuous Improvement).
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project) and fluent English.
• Preferred certifications: IATF16949, internal auditor, BZR standards.
