Senior Sales Representative – RS

About the role

Henkel is looking for a Senior Sales Representative (RS) to drive growth of its Adhesive Technologies portfolio. You will work across a defined field area, building relationships with existing retailers and distributors while identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare field tour plans and conduct daily customer analysis.
• Visit customers in the assigned territory to expand the range of Henkel Adhesive products.
• Position products, suggest business‑improvement ideas and monitor stock levels of retailers and distributors.
• Send orders to distributors, report daily stock status and track sales results for Henkel Adhesives brands.
• Provide product information, application methods and conduct presentations for potential customers.
• Monitor market novelties, ensure proper product presentation and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Track costs, prepare monthly reports and ensure compliance with sales targets.

Required profile

• University degree.
• At least 5 years of FMCG sales experience (advantageous).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong sales drive and ability to build client relationships quickly.
• Sound judgement, business sense and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Team‑oriented, proactive and independent mindset.
• Fluency in English is an advantage.
• Full PC literacy and a valid driving licence.
