Senior SAP SD Consultant

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant to join its dedicated team. You will work on international projects, helping clients optimise their sales‑distribution processes and adopt SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to gather and clarify requirements.
• Analyse business needs and design fitting SAP solutions.
• Participate in workshops and conduct Fit‑to‑Standard analyses.
• Configure and customise SAP Logistics, Sales and Supply Chain modules according to industry requirements.
• Create project documentation, including training materials for end‑users.
• Provide troubleshooting and support throughout SAP implementations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience with SAP modules, covering at least two projects.
• Certified in SAP functionality (associate level preferred).
• Ability to lead a small team of 2‑3 members.
• Familiarity with basic project‑ and people‑management principles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA overall functionality and SAP Activate methodology.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
