Senior Software Engineer – AppGlass

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong enterprise JVM experience to join the AppGlass team. The role tackles complex challenges at the intersection of production systems, developer tools, and AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and lead development of product features.
• Develop tooling and automation for AI‑first engineering workflows.
• Implement enterprise integrations and deployment scenarios across Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Improve reliability, testing, performance, and security for production use.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Java, Kotlin, and JVM systems.
• Background in enterprise backend software, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
• Comfortable working with Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Ability to take ownership, communicate clearly, and move forward without perfect specifications.
• Interest in using AI in development while maintaining solid engineering discipline.

Preferred experience

• Experience with debugging, instrumentation, or observability‑related tools.
• Familiarity with .NET or Python backend products.
• Passion for developer productivity and engineering quality.
