About the role

Rho, a modern banking platform for startups, is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to lead the recruitment strategy for its Engineering and Operations teams. You will shape the hiring process, strengthen the talent brand, and ensure we attract top‑tier talent across the United States and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end hiring strategy for Engineering and Operations functions.
• Design and continuously refine search, interview, and calibration playbooks.
• Represent Rho at events and enhance the company’s talent brand.
• Source, attract, and hire senior and leadership‑level candidates.
• Apply a data‑driven, experimental approach to recruiting, including A/B testing messaging and leveraging AI tools.
• Track and exceed recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and headcount goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a technical focus.
• Proven success recruiting senior or leadership roles.
• Experience in high‑accountability environments such as startups, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and a bias toward action.
• Deep knowledge of the talent market and ability to communicate effectively with builders.
• Operational excellence in running disciplined searches and coaching hiring managers.
• Excellent storytelling and persuasive communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring performance goals using data‑driven decisions.
