Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

We are currently looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to support tax compliance activities within our Tax Center of Excellence (COE). In this role you will help ensure that tax returns for Tetra Pak entities worldwide are prepared accurately and submitted on time.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax compliance activities within the COE, delivering services to Tetra Pak entities globally.
• Prepare and file tax returns and related filings accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with local and cross‑border transactions involving goods and services, providing tax support as needed.
• Support management in driving global tax alignment and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address tax‑related matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve tax processes, controls, and ways of working.

Required profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in tax compliance, preferably in a multinational or shared‑services environment.
• Strong analytical skills, business awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build effective relationships.
• Fluency in English and Serbian; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
