Senior UA Manager (Meta, Web)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UA Manager to launch, manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns for two dating products, covering both app and web acquisition funnels. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving growth while maintaining efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for app and web funnels.
• Own campaign performance: analyze metrics, optimise budgets, improve ROI/CPA/CPI and scale traffic.
• Develop and test new growth hypotheses across audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages and creative angles.
• Collaborate with the creative team to research competitors, generate briefs and evaluate creative performance.
• Build structured reporting and automate campaign management through rules and scalable tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads, preferably in dating, gaming, entertainment or other high‑volume B2C products.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of at least $100k, with potential scaling to $400k‑$500k.
• Strong expertise in both app and web acquisition funnels, with a focus on web scaling.
• Excellent analytical skills using Google Sheets/Excel, GA4 and internal analytics/CRM tools.
• Fluent in Russian; English reading/writing sufficient for tool and documentation use.
