Services Sales Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Services Sales Engineer to join our growing Services organization in Belgrade. In this role you will develop and expand our services business through proactive customer engagement, opportunity identification, solution development and commercial management of our services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, increasing engagement through regular visits and business reviews.
• Identify customer needs, operational challenges and business opportunities; conduct installed‑base reviews and promote Schneider Electric Services value propositions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, qualify new service opportunities and drive them through all sales stages.
• Collaborate with service teams to develop customer‑focused solutions, support scope definition, costing and commercial proposal development.
• Present and negotiate commercial offers, achieve order intake and revenue targets, and drive contract renewals and modernization projects.
• Support smooth handover from sales to operations, contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives and act as a trusted advisor for service and lifecycle strategies.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Strong customer focus with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent relationship‑building and commercial acumen.
• Ability to translate customer needs into profitable service solutions.
