About the role

Brose Grupa is looking for a motivated Production Setter to join its manufacturing team. You will be responsible for preparing and operating production equipment, ensuring smooth line performance, and supporting overall plant efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and start production machines according to defined parameters.
• Monitor the production line, react to stoppages or faults, and perform minor repairs.
• Ensure production output meets the planned schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and order (5S) and assist maintenance activities.
• Track and control inventory of materials and consumables required for the production process.

Required profile

• Completed secondary technical education (mechanical, electrical engineering or related).
• Experience in similar production roles.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of English.
• Valid Category B driver’s license.
• Responsible, precise, and capable of solving problems independently.

Required skills

• Machine setup and operation.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Inventory monitoring and control.
