About the role
Wolt is looking for a motivated Shift Lead to oversee its grocery store operations in Belgrade. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure high‑quality service, resolve daily issues, and foster a strong team spirit.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure efficient store operations and act as the go‑to person when the Store Manager is absent.
- Support order processing and fulfillment.
- Resolve team‑related issues promptly.
- Monitor workload, efficiency, office duties, and employee well‑being.
- Collect and forward feedback to improve processes.
- Participate proactively in developing store operations.
- Contribute positively to team dynamics.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in a grocery store.
- Fast learner with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
- Can‑do attitude and comfort in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Professional proficiency in both Serbian and English.
