Social & Community Manager – Belgrade

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social & Community Manager to join our Belgrade team and work across the L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. You will be responsible for building relationships with influencer agencies, amplifying brand messages, and driving organic engagement through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term partnerships with influencer agencies and creators.
• Amplify brand messaging to wider audiences and increase organic engagement.
• Use social listening tools to identify trends, craft data‑driven campaigns, and guide content creation.
• Design and execute online and offline brand experiences that encourage creator participation.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise strategies based on insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2‑5 years of experience in social media, influencer management or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Serbian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
