Social Media Manager

About the role

Bluedot is an AI‑driven meeting platform looking for a Social Media Manager to turn its social channels into a core acquisition engine. You will own the strategy, content calendar and execution across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X, working closely with founders and external creators.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Bluedot’s social presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X.
• Plan, schedule and publish posts, short videos, scripts, captions and founder‑generated content.
• Lead product launch campaigns: develop launch plans, coordinate channel sequencing and manage creator timing.
• Brief, review and coordinate day‑to‑day work with creators, ensuring deadlines and quality.
• Transform product updates, demos and customer stories into platform‑specific content that drives engagement.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, sign‑ups and creator ROI, and iterate based on data.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate content production and creator coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing social channels for a software or SaaS product.
• Strong English writing skills for hooks, short posts, video scripts and launch copy.
• Highly organized, data‑driven and able to move fast in a remote, async‑first environment.
• Personal social media presence and an active creator network is a plus.
