Spa & Club Manager

About the role

West 65 Wellness & Spa is seeking an experienced Spa & Club Manager to own the day‑to‑day operations of its premium wellness facility in Belgrade. You will lead a guest‑focused team, ensure consistent service standards, and drive commercial performance while continuously enhancing the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, guaranteeing smooth, safe, and consistent service delivery.
• Build, coach, and develop a professional team aligned with guest‑centric values.
• Implement and monitor service standards, SOPs, staffing schedules, and inventory control.
• Track revenue, costs, budgets, and key performance indicators, setting and achieving service and retail targets.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments on promotions, member engagement, and growth initiatives.
• Stay informed on spa and wellness market trends to identify service evolution opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a senior operational or management role within spa, wellness, hospitality, or a comparable premium service environment.
• University degree in management, economics, hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, revenue, costs, and KPIs.
• Excellent organisational skills and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Working proficiency in English.
