Strategic Account Development Representative (Pharma/Life Sciences)

About the role

Florence is seeking a Strategic Account Development Representative (SADR) to drive enterprise growth within its largest pharma and CRO accounts. Reporting to the BDR Manager and partnering closely with enterprise Account Executives, the SADR will focus on building deep relationships, gathering buyer intelligence, and expanding account penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development of a named portfolio of enterprise pharma and CRO logos, creating and maintaining detailed account plans.
• Map 6–10 key personas across Clinical Operations, IT, Procurement, Quality, and Data Management.
• Use data‑backed insights and outcome‑focused messaging to secure meaningful conversations.
• Document buyer context, competitor intel, pipeline updates, and tech‑stack changes for the Account Executive.
• Drive meeting setups before and after events, ensuring follow‑up and pipeline generation.
• Collaborate with AEs in weekly 1:1s to align on strategy and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development within pharma, life‑sciences, or CRO environments.
• Strong ability to navigate complex buying committees and build multi‑threaded relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with a data‑driven, insight‑first approach.
