About the role

The Hotel Constantine the Great in Belgrade is looking for a dedicated Reception Supervisor to lead its front‑desk team. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out operations while delivering service that exceeds guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the reception team on a daily basis.
• Handle guest escalations and resolve complaints promptly.
• Oversee check‑in/check‑out processes and billing accuracy.
• Train and mentor new reception staff.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Propose and implement ideas to improve operations and guest experience.
• Monitor and update reservation records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Ensure adherence to service standards and internal procedures.
• Keep accurate shift logs and reports.

Required profile

• Familiarity with the RoomExpert PMS system.
• Previous experience working at a hotel reception.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
