About the role

COLIBRIX ONE is seeking a Talent Sourcer & Market Researcher to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will focus on identifying and engaging high‑quality candidates for IT and Business positions across European markets while providing market intelligence to guide hiring decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for a variety of IT and Business roles across Europe.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilise LinkedIn, Boolean search, databases, job boards and other channels to find qualified talent.
• Research candidates’ backgrounds, skills and experience to assess fit.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct talent market research, mapping, salary benchmarking and trend analysis.
• Prepare reports and insights to support hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Proven experience sourcing for IT and Business positions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
