Team Lead – Field Service Center (Iberia)

About the role

As a Field Service Center (FSC) Team Lead for the Iberia region, you will guide a group of Service Planners who manage service requests and coordinate field technicians worldwide. Based in Belgrade, you will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with global teams to ensure high‑quality customer service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of planners to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Handle escalations and support real‑time daily operations.
• Train and develop team members, fostering skill growth.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement optimizations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in team leadership or customer‑service operations.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
