Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to ensure smooth hotel and room availability for internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate technical requests from internal users related to hotel and room availability, measured by CSAT.
• Handle alerts on availability drops, analyze issues, develop hypotheses, and monitor restoration progress.
• Reduce Development and QA workload by deepening technical expertise and improving processes.

Required profile

• Experience in technical support, integrations, or IT operations with a proactive, autonomous work style.
• Ability to investigate issues independently, collect data, formulate and test hypotheses, and identify root causes.
• Experience with logs, monitoring tools, and metrics; Grafana knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of HTTP/API concepts and ability to read JSON/XML.
• Basic SQL skills for querying data and strong communication in English (B2).
