About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to ensure smooth hotel and room availability for internal users.

Key responsibilities

Investigate technical requests from internal users related to hotel and room availability, measured by CSAT.
Handle alerts on availability drops, analyze issues, develop hypotheses, and monitor restoration progress.
Reduce Development and QA workload by deepening technical expertise and improving processes.

Required profile

Experience in technical support, integrations, or IT operations with a proactive, autonomous work style.
Ability to investigate issues independently, collect data, formulate and test hypotheses, and identify root causes.
Experience with logs, monitoring tools, and metrics; Grafana knowledge is a plus.
Understanding of HTTP/API concepts and ability to read JSON/XML.
Basic SQL skills for querying data and strong communication in English (B2).
