Ticket Sales Coordinator (B2B)

About the role

The Ticket Sales Coordinator (B2B) will lead corporate ticket sales initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, partners and commercial organisations. The role focuses on driving revenue through bulk ticket sales, strategic partnerships and coordinated distribution processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ticket sales activities for corporate clients, private‑sector partners, associations and other commercial organisations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic corporate and commercial partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, bulk‑sale initiatives and long‑term partnerships.
• Coordinate commercial offers, invoicing, collection and ticket distribution for B2B clients.
• Monitor sales performance through corporate channels and ensure achievement of sales targets and visitor projections.
• Collaborate with marketing and external partners on campaigns and activations aimed at increasing ticket sales.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline reviews for management.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate (B2B) sales, business development, key account management or related fields.
• Experience working with large companies, chambers of commerce, business associations, banking, insurance, telecom or multinational corporations is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and manage corporate sales channels and complex B2B sales processes.
• Strong commercial orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Active knowledge of English language.
