Truck Dispatch Team Lead – Dry Van

About the role

Wersirius is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatch Team Lead for its Dry Van operations. Based in Belgrade, you will guide a team of dispatchers, oversee daily truck and driver activities, and ensure optimal load planning for U.S. freight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily work of the Dry Van Dispatch team.
• Oversee truck and driver operations, ensuring efficient load planning.
• Assist dispatchers with load booking, route planning, and broker negotiations.
• Monitor revenue, RPM, empty miles, truck utilization, and on‑time performance.
• Coach, train, and provide regular feedback to dispatchers.
• Track HOS, GPS, TMS data, and shipment progress.
• Handle escalated driver, broker, customer, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of U.S. trucking dispatch experience, preferably in Dry Van operations.
• Previous Team Lead, Senior Dispatcher, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. freight market, load boards, HOS, and dispatch operations.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, responsible, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Belgrade.
