Uniform Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Uniform Administrator to manage the distribution, sizing, and upkeep of staff uniforms for a gaming studio in Belgrade. The role ensures that every employee has the right uniform at the right time while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee uniform allocation, ensuring correct sizing and availability for all staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Inspect uniforms for quality, coordinate repairs or alterations as needed.
• Collaborate with external suppliers, tailors, and internal departments to fulfill uniform requirements efficiently.
• Enforce uniform policies and keep up‑to‑date records of employee allocations and appearance standards.
• Use company inventory software to track stock movements and update records in real time.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Comfortable using computers and familiar with inventory or stock management software.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy in inventory handling.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with teams and external vendors.
• Background in fashion, textiles, or uniform‑related industries.
• Experience improving inventory processes and operational efficiency.
