The Field Service Coordinator I supports NCR Voyix’s service operations, ensuring that customer requests are handled efficiently across the United States. This entry‑level position is ideal for motivated candidates eager to start a career in logistics and service coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Review service requests and determine required actions.
• Assign tasks to Customer Engineers based on skills, schedules, and urgency.
• Prioritize customer needs while balancing workloads.
• Coordinate locations, schedules, and technician availability.
• Check part availability and source components from multiple locations.
• Track estimated arrival times and provide accurate updates.
• Communicate with U.S. teams via phone, email, and chat.
• Document updates and actions in the internal system.
• Support escalation management and older service requests.
• Share ideas for process improvement and participate in training sessions.
