VIP Account Manager – German Language

About the role

As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with German‑speaking VIP players. Your goal is to provide exceptional service, ensure player satisfaction, and drive retention and growth within your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of German‑speaking VIP players, delivering top‑level customer experience.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with high‑value clients and act as their main point of contact.
• Proactively introduce new offers, bonuses and exclusive promotions to increase engagement.
• Monitor player activity and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide tailored solutions and personalized service to maximise player loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional VIP journey.
• Prepare regular reports on player activity, performance and retention metrics.

Required profile

• Native‑level German and excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in the iGaming / gambling industry (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 + years’ experience in a VIP or account‑management role.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to understand player needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target‑driven environment.
