About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Waiters and Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team at The Bristol in Belgrade. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, following LQA service standards.
• Present menus, answer questions, and confidently recommend food and beverage options.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive team environment.
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Enjoy working with people and delivering friendly, attentive service.
• Reliable, organized, and professional attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
