Waiter/Waitress – Service‑Oriented Role in Belgrade

About the role

We are looking for dedicated, service‑oriented Waiters and Waitresses to join the Food & Beverage team at The Bristol Belgrade. In this role you will help create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure guests feel comfortable, and deliver high‑quality service throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally in line with LQA service standards.
• Present menus, answer questions and confidently recommend food and beverage items.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas.
• Handle guest requests and resolve situations with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive, supportive team environment.
• Follow all hygiene, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Enjoy working with people and naturally provide friendly, attentive service.
• Reliable, organized and professional in approach.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
