Warehouse Operator II

About the role

The Warehouse Operator II is responsible for the safe, efficient and accurate receipt, storage and issuance of base oils, raw materials, packaging and related materials. The role ensures compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards while supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, issue and properly store base oils, raw materials, packaging and packaging materials.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative receipt and issuance of materials delivered by road and rail tankers.
• Operate forklifts for loading, unloading and internal material handling.
• Maintain forklifts through routine cleaning, lubrication, basic maintenance and coordination with the Maintenance department.
• Recharge electric forklifts and ensure they are ready for operation.
• Document and verify discrepancies between delivered quantities and shipping documentation.
• Follow all operational procedures, environmental regulations, health and safety requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (Level III or IV preferred).
• Valid Forklift Operator Certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse or material handling experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility and organizational skills.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.
