Account Executive - Quickbooks Experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive with deep QuickBooks expertise to help stress‑test cutting‑edge AI systems on realistic sales scenarios. This short‑term, high‑intensity contract will have you designing complex sales prompts, evaluating AI outputs, and creating grading rubrics that shape future AI performance in business contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic, high‑difficulty sales prompts based on real‑world manager, customer, or owner scenarios.
• Develop tasks such as tiered pricing quotes, commission calculations, and conversion of QuickBooks sales exports into pipeline/forecast reports.
• Run prompts against frontier AI models and perform manager‑level reviews to spot logical, mathematical, or tone errors.
• Author objective scoring rubrics for each task to enable consistent pass/fail grading.
• Produce working deliverables (spreadsheets, proposals, email sequences) that serve as “Gold Standard” examples for the AI.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Sales, Account Management, or Sales Operations with a proven record of meeting targets.
• 3‑4+ years hands‑on experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) for estimates, invoicing, customer records, and sales reporting.
• Precise attention to detail, excellent written English, and the ability to commit 40 hours per week for a two‑week engagement.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of breaking down complex sales workflows into objective, checkable steps.
