Account Manager Brand Ads - Retail Media & Q-commerce

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Account Manager Brand Ads in Belgrade. The role drives the strategic growth of Glovo's top CPG brand partnerships by unlocking the potential of Retail Media and Q-commerce solutions over the next 12-18 months. You will own high-value relationships, co-create Joint Business Plans and scale always-on media campaigns to maximise advertiser ROI and brand GMV.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale relationships with CPG brands, co-creating Joint Business Plans and always-on media campaigns that boost advertiser ROI and brand GMV.
• Identify, pitch and onboard high-potential endemic and non-endemic brands across various verticals to expand the advertiser ecosystem.
• Work with internal Q-commerce, Food, CRM, Operations and Legal teams to remove execution bottlenecks and deliver multi-channel growth strategies.
• Track, analyse and report key business metrics to brand stakeholders, optimising campaigns and spotting seasonal pitch opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with media agencies and C-level brand stakeholders to streamline pipeline management.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development or Partner Management within FMCG/CPG, Retail Media or E-commerce/Q-commerce.
• Proven hands-on experience drafting, negotiating and executing commercial and media plans.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with brand partners, agency contacts and internal teams.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Solid grasp of digital advertising formats and campaign performance metrics.
• Ability to build scalable media plans.
