Account Manager – Mechanical & Electrical Trade

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to cover the Novi Sad and Vojvodina territory within the Mechanical & Electrical Trade. You will act as a trusted partner for construction customers, helping them improve productivity, safety and sustainability with Hilti solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales process.
• Visit construction sites, offices, factories and production plants to understand customer needs.
• Present Hilti’s innovative products, software and customized services.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term trusted relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Valid driving licence.
• Good command of English.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive and ambitious.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Interest in sales or prior sales experience.
