Account Manager – Steel & Metal Trade (Belgrade)

About the role

Hilti is seeking an Account Manager for its Belgrade territory within the Steel & Metal Trade sector. You will act as a trusted partner for construction customers, helping them improve productivity, safety and sustainability through Hilti’s innovative tools and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction sites, offices and production plants.
• Manage the full sales process, from prospecting to closing, while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Present Hilti’s product portfolio, software solutions and customized services to customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their projects.
• Work autonomously in a dynamic, field‑based environment, travelling throughout the Belgrade region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Valid driving licence.
• Good command of English.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive and ambitious mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Interest in sales or prior sales experience.
