After Hours Dispatcher – Track & Trace

About the role

Join one of Serbia’s strongest U.S. trucking operations as an After Hours Dispatcher – Track & Trace. You will support U.S. logistics operations from our Novi Beograd office during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, ensuring shipments keep moving after regular business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track active shipments across the United States.
• Communicate directly with drivers, providing operational support and handling delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, and other unexpected situations.
• Update TMS systems, reports, delivery confirmations and proof‑of‑delivery documents.
• Keep customers and internal teams informed with accurate shipment information.
• Coordinate with dispatch, safety, maintenance and management when issues require escalation.
• Make fast, logical decisions as situations change.

Required profile

• Experience in U.S. trucking, dispatch or Track & Trace (dry‑van experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities, with the capacity to stay calm under pressure.
• Availability for evening/night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Novi Beograd – no remote work.

Required skills

• TMS (Transport Management System) experience.
• Computer proficiency.
