Associate Attorney

About the role

The Associate Attorney will join N Law Office in Belgrade, working full‑time on‑site to support the firm’s clients across various legal matters. Reporting to senior attorneys, you will contribute to case preparation, legal research, and the drafting of contracts and other documents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis of statutes, case law and regulations.
• Draft, review and revise contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Assist senior attorneys in preparing cases, filing court documents and supporting court proceedings.
• Provide supervised legal advice to clients and communicate case updates.
• Participate in negotiations and help develop legal strategies, particularly in labor and employment law.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
• Maintain accurate case files and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Law degree with eligibility for bar admission in Serbia.
• Strong foundation in company law, commercial law and workplace‑related legal matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Serbian; English proficiency is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team‑oriented attitude with high professional and ethical standards.
