Associate Director, Digital Campaigns & Platforms (Consulting Communications)

About the role

EY is seeking an Associate Director to lead digital campaigns and channel experiences for its Americas Consulting practice. Reporting to the Consulting Communications Leader, you will shape the internal digital communications strategy, create multi‑channel storytelling experiences, and drive employee engagement across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution and refinement of the internal digital communications strategy for Americas Consulting.
• Oversee core internal channels such as intranet, newsletters, webcasts, podcasts, video and emerging platforms.
• Design and launch end‑to‑end, multi‑channel digital campaigns aligned with Consulting business priorities.
• Provide creative direction for digital content formats and collaborate with designers, agencies and content producers.
• Define and monitor digital engagement metrics, analyze performance data and deliver insights to stakeholders.
• Establish channel governance, editorial discipline and visual storytelling standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital communications or campaign initiatives in a large organization.
• Strong strategic thinking, creative execution and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to partner with business leaders, initiative leads and external agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on storytelling.
