Audit Associate – Financial Audit Support

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Audit Associate to support a critical financial audit initiative. You will collaborate closely with accounting and finance teams, preparing documentation, reviewing financial records, and ensuring audit‑ready accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and review supporting documentation required for financial audits.
• Prepare audit workpapers in line with company policies and auditing standards.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and well‑organized audit files throughout the engagement.
• Review financial statements, invoices, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounts for accuracy.
• Identify accounting discrepancies, inconsistencies, and compliance issues.
• Assist in preparing audit reports, summaries, and management documentation.
• Track audit requests, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively with internal stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in structured environments and produce accurate, audit‑ready work.
• Comfort working with financial data and collaborating with finance teams.
