B2B Growth & Funnel Manager

About the role

We are seeking a B2B Growth & Funnel Manager to optimise our marketing and sales funnel. This remote position focuses on improving lead quality, customer experience, and conversion rates across marketing, sales, website, and content functions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the end‑to‑end funnel, identify bottlenecks and work with sales to define high‑quality leads.
• Improve lead qualification, forms, and customer journeys to reduce poor‑fit leads.
• Review website UX, messaging, CTAs and landing pages; design and coordinate A/B tests and conversion improvements.
• Develop case studies, gather testimonials and client logos, and enhance website content to showcase value.
• Collaborate with sales to create better marketing materials, generate clear reports and turn data into actionable insights.
• Own funnel‑improvement projects from idea to implementation, coordinating marketing, sales, design and development teams.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, marketing operations, product marketing, conversion optimisation, sales enablement, marketing project management or B2B SaaS/technology.
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels.
• Highly organised, analytical and comfortable working with data.
• Excellent communicator and writer, able to work cross‑functionally.
• Proactive problem‑solver, curious about why prospects convert or do not.
