B2B Sales Agent – Polish & English

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Agent who is fluent in Polish and English to join our regional BPO operations. You will manage client relationships, process orders and drive new business opportunities across our portfolio of products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries and manage orders via phone, email or other channels.
• Develop sales opportunities, turn leads into billable sales and meet daily targets.
• Check inventory, fulfill orders and notify customers of price or delivery changes.
• Enter quotations and orders into the sales order processing system.
• Proactively generate new business through outbound calls and other outreach methods.
• Support the sales team in achieving performance goals and perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Excellent telephone etiquette, active listening and confident communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and meet targets under pressure.
• Professional, flexible and adaptable attitude when dealing with customers.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with technology.
• Proven ability to read and interpret written documents in Polish and English at a minimum C1 level.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.
