Business Development Manager – CPA Affiliate Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth within our CPA affiliate network focused on the iGaming vertical. You will manage existing partners, attract new ones, and ensure profitable collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with current partners (account management).
• Achieve sales targets and increase the volume of cooperation.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Recruit new partners and expand the affiliate network.
• Improve the efficiency of collaborations with existing partners.

Required profile

• Understanding of CPA models such as CPI, CPS, CPL.
• Experience with gambling/betting verticals and traffic specifics.
• Knowledge of major advertising systems.
• Strong business communication and sales abilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Proven experience presenting to international advertisers.
• Ability to resolve issues favorably for the company while maintaining client quality.
• Background in affiliate marketing and partner programs.
