About the role

The Business Process & Performance Analyst supports Learning Center operations for clinical teams, focusing on SharePoint environment management, training support, and operational workflow execution.

Key responsibilities

Provide assistance on organizational projects such as training system deployments, process development, documentation, and validation activities.
Participate in process improvements, redesign business processes, and monitor operational indicators to identify and escalate critical issues.
Extract and analyze operational metrics, identify exceptions or trends, and communicate findings.
Support end users by responding to queries, escalating issues, and maintaining training materials.

Required profile

Proven experience with SharePoint administration and content structuring.
Hands‑on experience with Power Automate and workflow creation.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance and strong attention to detail.
Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with critical‑thinking skills.
