Business Process & Performance Analyst

About the role

The Business Process & Performance Analyst supports Learning Center operations for clinical teams, focusing on SharePoint environment management, training system deployments, and operational workflow execution. This hands‑on role requires independent design and maintenance of SharePoint‑based solutions to enable both internal employees and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance on organizational projects such as training system deployments, process documentation, validation testing, and data migrations.
• Participate in process improvements, redesigning business processes and identifying problems to resolve.
• Monitor operational indicators, extract data from systems, analyze metrics, and communicate findings.
• Support end‑users by responding to queries, escalating issues, and documenting resolutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SharePoint administration and content structuring.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Automate and workflow creation.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with critical‑thinking skills.
