Civil Engineer – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a young civil engineer to join our technical service team. The position offers a mix of office‑based engineering work and occasional on‑site activities at construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support the technical service department with engineering calculations and documentation.
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings and project plans using CAD software.
• Assist senior engineers on site inspections and field measurements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project compliance and quality.

Required profile

• Citizenship of Serbia, Montenegro, Republika Srpska, Macedonia or a CIS country.
• 7th level of professional education (university or higher‑education college) in civil engineering.
• Native Serbian speaker with solid English proficiency.
• Willingness to learn, improve skills and pursue further professional qualifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office‑suite applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using 2D and 3D CAD/drafting software.
• Basic knowledge of English; Russian language is a plus.
• Optional: driving experience and a Category B driver’s licence.
