Client Acquisition & Partnerships Associate

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, driven communicator to open doors at the intersection of neuroscience, AI, and mental health. You will join a fast‑growing team to drive client acquisition across global markets, building relationships and booking meetings with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Own outreach across email, LinkedIn, and social channels – identify prospects, craft personalized messages, and generate qualified leads.
• Book and coordinate product demos and virtual meetings with C‑suite and senior decision‑makers worldwide.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline, track progress, and move opportunities forward.
• Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on CalmSync’s and iCognative™ capabilities.
• Create customized pitch decks, messaging, and proposals tailored to each client’s context.
• Track outreach activity and report key metrics weekly.
• Stay informed on global market trends and geopolitical developments to sharpen outreach strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA (exceptional fresh graduates welcome).
• 1–2 years experience in pre‑sales, outreach, business development, or client‑facing roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication – you write emails people actually reply to.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and proactive – you take initiative without being told.
• Interest in AI, neurotechnology, and wellness tech is a strong plus.
• Global mindset with experience engaging international stakeholders preferred.
